Local voltage is 220 to 240 Volts AC. Adapters are availabe in all rooms, and transformers are available through Housekeeeping.

+ Check In: From 2pm
+Check Out: By 12 noon

+ Early Arrival:
Check – In time is from 2pm. Should guest wish to arrive earlier, it is highly recomeded to reserve and pay for the Cottages for one more the night before arrival, which will ensure immediate availability for the best possible arrival experience.

+ Late Departure:
Check out time is by 12:00 noon. Late check out until 6:00pm will be charged at 50% of one night’s accommodation. Beyond this time, one night’s accomodation charge will be applied. ( depending on availability)

+ Guaranteed Reservations and Deposit:
Reservations are to be guaranteed by bank transfer or via AsiaPay. We will send the invoice together with our Bank Details or Link to arrange necessary payments. To confirm all our reservations we require 50% deposit prior arrival date.

+ Cancellation Policy:
The Cove Phuket will refund fees received as listed below less non refundable charges ( Bank Charges Fee, Bank Transfer Fee, Paypal Fee )

– Peak Season: 100% nonrefundable deposit at the time of Booking

– High Season: 50% nonrefundable deposit at the time of Booking
29 to 15 days 70% of stay
Within 14 days 100% of stay

– Low Season: Up to 07 days prior to arrival date No Charge

– Shoulder Season: 06 to 03 days 50% of stay
Within 2 days 100% of stay

*** In the event a booking crosses over two different seasons, the stricter cancellation policy of the two will apply.

+Credit Cards:
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and Union Pay.

+Family Plan:
All villas can accommodate 2 adults plus 1 child under 12 years. The day bed will be turned into a sleeping bed. Only our Bay View – Beach Front Bungalow can accommodate 2 adults plus 2 children with an extra rollaway bed. Our partial Seaview Cottages and some of the Seaview Cottages are not recommended for children because of the stairs.

+Extra Charges:
